Bowls are always incredibly tasty & full of good toppings. I never go anywhere else as sol bowl is the best IMO. Açai with pistachio sauce 🩵 amazing. Thanks guys

This was my first time trying Sol Bowl, and their smoothie bowls are incredibly fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour — perfect for summer! I've ordered the Strawberry Matcha, Blue Majik, Piña Colada, and Pink Pitaya smoothie bowls. The portion sizes are great, and the toppings are generous. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Whether you're a smoothie bowl lover or just looking for a healthy, delicious treat, this is the spot! I highly recommend the Piña Colada. Can't wait to come back and try all the flavours!"
