Congratulations to the chef for mastering true artisan methods when producing today's dish. The pulled pork benedict! The pulled pork was indeed pulled through the classic wringer washing machine removing all vestiges of moisture and tenderness. The "poached" eggs were seemingly poached in the ancient hot desert sands of Belmore and resuscitated by expert hands to appear on today's dish as succulent as roadkill lizard on a desert road.
