Sera was incredibly helpful when I called to check if they had their famous caramel cheesecake in stock, she assisted me in purchasing online to pick up the next day and was delightful to deal with. It’s hard to find great customer service these days so it needs to be commended, thank you Sera for your fantastic service!

Probably the best cafe I’ve been to in the area thank you to the owners Tolly and Sera for an amazing service and making my family feel so welcome. Will be back again.

I enjoyed going there frequently with family but will stop now. You have an smart ass and rude FRENCH waiter (older) who treat other staff and clients with actitude. Bad move from Pattisons to get travellers who don't care about the job or the business. Food is good.
