Banh Mi Bay Cafe

My banh mi experience is quie widespread across Sydney and I have to say, I rate their crispy pork banh mi very highly. The combo of pork crackling as the baseline and topped with chopped up pork provides a savoury bite everytime until you realise there is none left. Mind you I could do with more heat and more sauce but I'm not complaining. Ordering is simple and you get a number, which then gets called out once it's ready. It's a little hole in the wall that has no right to be serving up such deliciousness. I recommend getting a steamed dimsum or two to nibble on while you wait. Top it off with the chilli sauce and it's the perfect entre.
