A fun relaxed vibe with beautiful food full of flavour. We loved everything especially the great cocktails and bagel bread with assorted dips to start. Service is wonderful. Despite being very busy and we were a last minute booking we felt very well looked after. A true local treasure in Brookvale.

My wife & I always really enjoy Fuel coffee and for me in particular the authentic bagels so we finally decided to try Fuel by Night. For starters we had the Jerusalem bagel with dips which were outstanding, in particular the olive oil with sumac dip - just delicious ! Our main course consisted of Smokey eggplant, crumbed beef kebab & zesty salsa, Tabbouleh salad with burghul, cucumber, herbs, almonds, pomegranate & sweet potato chips. The main course was rounded off with sumac and lemon chicken thigh, braised with potatoes and silver beet.. I took some pictures to show friends which I’ll share here because the meal in all respects was just super delicious and the subtle complexities of the flavours just mouth watering and authentic.. From the moment we walked into a transformed cafe the vibe felt immediately cozy, atmospheric & ready for the dinner crowd. The staff were super nice and attentive and I even spied the owner who I swear never sleeps.. You don't need a plane ticket to taste food this authentic 👍
