As a regular customer at Girdlers Café - Warringah mall, I can confidently say it’s one of the best spots in town! The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, and the coffee is simply outstanding—consistently rich, and perfectly brewed. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. Mercedes, in particular, has captured our hearts with her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine kindness—she always brightens our visits. Laureen deserves a special mention for her impeccable coffee-making skills; every cup she prepares is a masterpiece! And Susan, the talented chef, consistently creates the most delicious and beautifully crafted dishes that keep us coming back for more. The café has been thriving under the fantastic management of Maria, the new manager. Her leadership is evident in the smooth operations and the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere she has created. I will recommend Girdlers Brookvale to anyone. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food taste good and my favourite drink is the dirty chai and is the best in all coffee shops.

The entire experience was amazing, but what really stood out was the customer service. One of the workers there (I believe Maria P), was so gracious and helpful to my family. We will never forget the service she provided and we will surely recommend to friends.
