Artisan is located in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza hotel in Burwood, with direct access from Burwood Rd. The grilled barramundi with salsa verde I ordered for dinner was a quality main which was expertly prepared by an experienced chef. It consisted of a bed of roasted kipler potatoes topped with a crispy seasoned barramundi fillet and salsa dressing. The only waiter was very capable and attentive. As well as a lunch and dinner menu, there are plenty of tempting sweets treats on display in a glass cabinet.
