the service here is terrible i ordered a matcha latte with oat milk but i pronounced oat wrong. everything was normal until one employee laughed at my pronunciation and told the other 2 employees and they both laughed at my pronunciation. and until then i found this starbucks so ugly and disrespectful. and i also have a member here and near but after i paid they didnt let me tap my membership and this is normal for me with other starbucks and everything they did in front of me was horrible. i really don't discriminate they are employees and they have to respect the customers and everyone
