I'm unashamedly a coffee snob. Toby's South Eveleigh...what can I say? There's not a lot of places and businesses that one can say they have a genuine relationship with. You know you're onto a good thing when the Baristas know you on a first name basis and you don't even have to order your coffee - you just show up in the and make eye contact and everyone knows exactly what's up through some kind of weird telekinesis. Sometimes only one word spoken: "usual?" - more often than not, no words at all, just eye contact and affirmative head nods are all that's needed - and a short time later you will hear your name called to have the most perfect coffee, prepared to perfection exactly the way you want it to kick start your day. There's about 5 coffee places in South Eveleigh, I've tried them all, but Toby's is the one I keep coming back too. They get me, on an atomic and cosmic level. We have a connection. They are my coffee soulmate. Highly recommend.
