My wife and I enjoyed lunch today, along with our granddaughter. I was served by Lucy who displayed incredible customer service and understanding, as I have a hearing disability. She patiently helped to confirm my order and then brought the food and drinks to our table. At all times she was smiling and pleasant. A credit to Coffee Club. I would be pleased if my comments were brought to Lucy's attention. AND the coffee was hot and tasty and very much enjoyed.

I am addicted to your staff and their coffee. Can't start my day without visiting you guys. Coffee doesn't taste the same anywhere else.

All the staff have been so supportive during my whole journey from me in a wheelchair to me know walking they have been there for me dad and my mum even before the accident and all the people there have great respect I recommend for people to come here more often
