Auvers Dining Darling Square

Auvers Dining at Darling Square is a must-visit. The Ox Tongue Dry Noodles were tender and full of flavor, while the Floating Fish Burger was crispy and unique with its black bun. The Matcha Pancake was the star—fluffy, rich matcha flavor, and topped with raspberry ice cream. The Wagyu and Duck Fried Rice was another standout, perfectly savory and satisfying. Great food, cozy vibe, and fantastic drinks—can’t wait to go back!

Amazing spot in Darling Square! The food is beautifully presented and tastes incredible—everything feels so fresh and full of flavor. The matcha pancakes were a standout, and the coffee was spot on. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Definitely coming back!

Their Eggs Benedict is certainly very experimental. The onsen egg (very well done by the way), pork floss, corn and salsa with spinach on toasted croissant are what makes the Auvers Eggs Benedict. Is it good? Well I think different palettes may tell you a range from weird, wonderful to tasty. So try it for yourself.

Bone marrow was absolutely delicious. Tasty food and classy dining feel. Heaps of parking available in Market City Wilson car park. Only a 5 minute walk to the restaurant from there.

Love their ALL YOU CAN EAT set!! You can order from one specific menu, and there is no limit as long as you are not wasting food. Recommend to book it ahead before going there. Always many ppl!
