A simple, quiet restaurant bar with food that's anything but. The depth and care in the preparation of each dish shines through every bite. The calamari bites back when dipped in the delicious mango sweet chilli sauce. The steak perfectly medium rare, complemented beautifully by an addictively rich and creamy mushroom sauce. A seductive red wine sauce mellowing behind the tender meat and juices flowing from every cut. On the surface, it's just another small hotel restaurant that's tucked away quietly at the end of a pristine lobby. Nothing of its plain decor speaks to its extravagence in taste, its love and care for each ingredient and its complexity in the craft of balancing an entire dish's flavour profile for a well rounded, sensational satiating experience. An excellent range of cuisines means that it'll keep us coming back for more. Couldn't be happier with finding this hidden gem.
