La Casa del Caffe happens to be the closest coffee roaster from my home. Went in and bought their premium blend beans, the owner/manager also offered me a complimentary coffee to taste which is great. When it comes to coffee beans, I could feel the freshness after opening the packaging. The aroma and flavour was great and I can certainly tell they are one of the finest coffee roast masters. Can't wait to try their other blends.
