I stumbled across this gem purely by chance after a skincare appointment in North Strathfield. While wandering down George St, I was surprised by how much the area had changed since my last visit (probably pre-COVID). This particular spot caught my attention—it was buzzing with energy, music playing, a steady coffee and takeaway queue, and a vibrant Saturday early afternoon vibe. Intrigued by the hype, I decided to try my luck. Despite the place looking packed, I was pleasantly surprised to find a table available. The bubbly and cheerful waitress made the experience even better, helping me choose the Pistachio Cookie Croissant, which was absolutely delightful! I paired it with my usual long black, and the coffee did not disappoint—rich and perfectly brewed. I wish I had a bigger appetite at the time because a few other options, like their Strawberry Matcha, looked amazing. As someone who leans more toward dinner outings, this visit might just convert me into a daytime foodie! Highly recommend this spot for its delicious food, fantastic coffee, vibrant atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!
