I always go for the ginger brûlée tart, which is their standout item for me. It’s quite small for what you pay for it, but I think it’s worth it. The ginger is not too overpowering and the tart is not too sweet - I think the balance is perfect. The standard is consistent; the quality of the baked goods is just as good as the Surry Hills one. The coffee is also decent.
